Downloads

This is where you will find miscellaneous materials available for viewing and/or download. Such materials are extras that are not required to play the game or use the characters, but are useful supplements. These might include anything from a "packet" of information such as maps, character sheets, and location breakdowns (in the same vein as the "A Guide to Marvel Earth" game book) to copies of comic-style fiction stories I have written about my guys' adventures. I may also attempt home-brewed game modules at a later time. You just never know what you're going to get on this page.

Please Note:

All materials will be made available as soon as possible, so if a listed item isn't linked yet, please try back later.

To help avoid confusion during updates version numbers (example: version 1.0) will be used for all materials. If the item lists a different version number than the one you currently have, then it has been updated. All efforts will be made to correct typographical errors, but updates will generally include new information or corrections to other errors (such changes are commonly called "errata") within the document. The nature of the changes will be listed in the item description to help users decide whether a new update is worth the download time. Generally, a decimal point change (ex: from 1.0 to 1.1) indicates minor changes or typographical changes. If there are major changes (ex: several new entries) the number will change to the next whole number (ex: from 1.3 to 2.0).

Fonts:

Comic Fonts - This is a zip file containing dozens of comics-style fonts that I’ve gathered from across the web. Original download information (i.e. read-me files) have been included if available. Many thanks to all the free font sites where I found these fonts. (Version 1.0, 44 Fonts, 987KB)

Hero Sheet Templates:

This section contains character sheet templates in various formats. Some are picture files that can be edited in a photo editing program and printed to give professional-looking results. Some are document templates so that you can make a hero sheet in Microsoft Word (or a compatible word processor). Some are PDF files to print out and fill in with pen or pencil.

MS Word Templates:

This section contains character sheet templates for Microsoft Word 97 or later. These are templates for sheets that I made myself and are not anything at all like the standard sheets you will find in official Roster Books. The reason for making a template in MS Word format is so that they can still contain pictures and text, but are more easily modified than the image format sheets.

MSHAG Character Template v5.0 - The latest version of my MS Word template for a hero sheet of a single character. (39KB)

MSHAG Character Spread Sheet Template v1.0 - The latest version of my MS Word template for a spread sheet of many heroes. This is intended to put shorthand information on many characters in one place. You may print one page and view as a spread sheet or print it on business cards (or cut the paper into card-sized pieces) to hand out to individual players. (24KB)

 Picture File Templates:

While it is possible to make a graphic roster book that looks almost identical to the official ones, this takes a great deal of effort. It is often easier to print out the blank hero sheet and write in the information by hand.

MSHAG SAGA Game Sheet - JPG Image - This one is a jpeg file of the official blank hero sheet that was scanned off of the back of the Game Book. (39KB)

MSHAG SAGA Game Sheet - PDF Document - This one is a PDF of the same scan. (197KB)

MSHAG SAGA Game Sheet - JPG Image - A variant version of the basic sheet. For the life of me I can't remember what I did to it aside from resizing. (33KB)

MSHAG SAGA Book Style Double Game Sheet - PDF Document - This is a PDF of a modified version of the scanned sheet. The two sheets are turned to face each other (like a book). (176KB)

Packets Available:

As mentioned above, Packets are simply packets of information about a particular group or setting, similar to the entries you might find in the "A Guide to Marvel Earth" game book. I find it handy to print out these files and keep them in a manila envelope to keep them all together (literally making a "packet" of information). Typically included in these packets are a shorthand listing of the team's roster, maps and descriptions of the team's home or headquarters, information on and maps of the team's usual base of operations (city, state, country, etc.), a description of the team and its motivations, and a summary of important events in the team's history. Some packets may have more or less information than some other packets.

(Version 1.0, 14 Pages, Full Color, Text Only, 80KB)

Stories Available:

This is where you will find comic-book-style fiction stories starring the characters of Andrew Earth. "Comic-book-style fiction" does not mean a drawn comic book. It means the style of writing you would find in a comic book novelization. This is somewhat like Fan Fiction (only using original characters), but hopefully of a higher quality than the average fan fic. These stories are not illustrated, and will not be unless I find an artist nice enough to volunteer his or her time (as in work for free) to the project. In other words, don't hold your breath.

Sorry, but there are no Stories available at this time.
