The Department of security of the Government of USA would have given asylum to José Carlos Sanchez Berzain.
José Carlos chulupi Sanchez Berzain was demanded in Miami, for the relatives of victims killed during the massacre he ordered when he was Minister of Defense of Sanchez of Losada’s government. The relatives just request an economic payment, since criminally he is being complained in Bolivia.

ccording documents introduced by Jose Carlos Sanchez Berzain to the judge from Miami that takes their case, one of the documents it is a report signed by the former ambassador of USA in Bolivia during the Government of Sanchez of Losada, David Greenlee, document in which ex-ambassador affirms that the wounded and dead, were caused themselves, manipulating dynamite to do that.A
The document also says that the “Red ERBOL” broadcasting was the main means of disinformation, since it incited to people saying that the government of Sanchez of Losada was transporting troops in ambulances to repel people.
In the report he also says that “Red ERBOL” had misinformed saying that these operations were directed by Chilean agents.
Based on this document and other, the Department of security of the Government of USA had granted asylum to José Carlos Sanchez Berzain because it considers that he is political pursued.

First as boss of the DEA to control the drug traffic, but he failed to do this job, since he just repelled poor peasant, in the region of Chapare, Cochabamba, Bolivia.
