BIOGRAPHY: Born as Christopher Walker, in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 18th, 1981. He got his start as Pilot Kelson, in the indie flick, Highway, with the intention of being cast as an extra to score some extra cash and break away from all the cliches and evil that Vegas had to offer. From there he began to get more involved in acting, taking on roles that he found interesting to him, rather than something he didn't like just so he could pay his rent that month. After the completion of Highway, he relocated to Los Angeles, trying to make his big break and get more involved in acting. His first big budget and most notable role at the time was 2005's War Of The Worlds, as Robbie Ferrier. It wasn't the largest role, but it taught CJ a lot about the industry and how everything worked.
After the release of War Of The Worlds, CJ stepped out of the spotlight and lived as another person in his early twenties, even buying a home in Silverlake, away from the city. Being out of the spotlight didn't do much to keep him away from flashing bulbs and all the lights and buzz. He filmed an independent film entitled Sex and Breakfast, released in 2007, which was a huge departure from what he had done previously, and because it was filmed within Los Angeles, it gave him the freedom to stay in his home town and continue his habits. Partying every night, being a media staple as a socialite, and a bit of an addict as he was arrested on possession of marijuana during December of 2006. He appeared to clean up his habits and even entered rehab, but nothing has changed. Now he's much more careful.
2008 seemed to be a big year for CJ, having two films to be released that were big studio budget pictures, but it all seemed to crumble in February after the release of Strange Wilderness, finding him in the midst of a scandal when a sextape made sometime in '06, surfaced in early 2008, prompting rumors about his sexuality. Because things always seem to come back and haunt you, he's finally learned his lesson and has begun keeping more under the radar, though lately, it hasn't stopped him from going out and having a drink or two.
From an early age, CJ has battled an addiction to alcohol, but he refuses to admit that he has a problem. When he's out in the public and enjoying himself with a few friends, he has a drink or two, and isn't looked at as an alcoholic. To those close to him, he's always seen drinking heavily, especially at home and away from all the lights and buzz. He's definitely the type of guy that lives in the moment, and wants to enjoy life to the fullest extent so he can look back on everything while on his deathbed and remember that it was a fun life, rather than regret not enjoying himself. He's always believed that there was no point in living if you worry about trivial bullshit just so you can live longer. He'd rather die at an early age and say that it was a damn good time than worry.
Cj is looked at as a remarkable actor, but his first love lies within music. He doesn't want to be lumped as one of those actors who wants to be a musician, one of the many factors stopping him from pursuing a career in music as well. He knows that there will come a time when the acting gig will all come to an end, but he has his music to fall back onto for support, as it was one of the only things he found solace in while growing up.

MISC: He's not all bad as the tabloids make him out to be. He can have a temper at times, but he's just a big, long, gangly mess of a teddybear looking to have a little bit of fun and enjoy himself. He does smoke a lot of pot, but he's not the type who is constantly traveling in a cloud of smoke. He does it on his own time, and unlike his younger years, it's become very seldom. In a world where other drugs are readily available, unlike his colleagues, he's never touched nor wishes to try anything else. He's heard the stories, and while smoking can be just as harmful at times, he believes that it can't be all bad if it's all natural and grown from the ground.
Music is one of his only true passions and he listens to just about everything, and he's always drumming on something, whether it be tabletops with his fingers, or his friends' bodies.
After the release of his sextape, he's learned to just deal with things one day at a time and just let it pass because there's always something new to talk about next week. Prior to the sextape, he tried to keep his sexuality underwraps, only being seen with women. Even after being outed, he's still drawn to women, just as much as he was before, but now he's not afraid to be see with guys in a manner deemed more than friendly. His stance on men is still something a bit touchy, but if the right person comes along, and the right situation, he's not going to turn away just to protect his image. As far as he's concerned, maintaining an image in the spotlight isn't important.
OOC: i'm on west coast time, my aim time varies, but i'm usually on through the night (6pm-4am), and random im's are love. if our characters have something planned, don't hesitate to start a scene, because chances are, i've completely forgotten, or i'm lagging and haven't gotten past the first line or so in a start. i prefer threading vs aim, but for convineinces i'm okay with aim, however, if i die, it's mostly likely because my computer died and it has a tendency to do that a lot. sorry.
