Gordon Ramsay's The F Word

Though fairly similar in their execution, there was one big difference between season one and season two. In season one, a total of 12 commis chefs were chosen out of a thousand applicants to learn how to cook beside Gordon. Each week, a pair (or trio) would square off against each other as they all helped cook a three-course meal for the 60 guests the restaurant seated. One would get eliminated and the other(s) would move on, until by the end, there was only one winner. (Milla beat out Russell for the job.)

Season two was a bit different, in that there was no real prize or job at the end. This time, each episode had a team of four or five people who knew each other and were put into the kitchen, with Gordon directing them. Customers were told that if the food was unsatisfactory, they didn't have to pay. The "prize" was seeing which team, at the end of the season, could serve the most dishes that the customers paid for. (Out of 150 plates that went out during the course of the episode.)

There were a few bits and bobs that were different between the seasons, but for the most part, the general course of the show stayed the same: Part cooking show, part documentary, part talk show, and a fair bit of swearing!
