Chef Ramsay tempts the two teams with the winner celebrating a night out on the town. For the night service, Chef Ramsay allows the teams to create their own personalized menus. The red team consisting of Maribel, Sarah, and Virginia, started off poorly and continued to fall apart throughout the night. The Blue Team consisting of Keith, Heather, and Garrett, started off doing fine and ended up winning the challenge even though there was hardly any help from Garrett. The Blue team managed to get all of their tables served, by sticking to a more "traditional" menu. The Red team failed to serve everyone, because they chose a menu that was too challenging for them to meet and had to eventually use the help of the Blue Team. The two teams later went on to decide on who should be sent home, but later found out that it didn't matter. Chef Ramsey then eliminated Maribel, on his choice, because of her lack of leadership on the Red team.
