In the effort to keep JOURNAL.NET a welcoming, friendly, and constantly growing community, we offer events every once in a while where members can get together to get to know each other even better. These events can be something simple from a day at an amusement park to massive parties thrown at venues throughout the country. We also throw monthly contests to offer fully-paid trips to said events, whose winners are chose completely at random from everyone registered on the site. Also, we allow for our members to announce self-thrown events and can post them up here to get word out for no additional cost.
