After the successful trekking trip to Annapurna Base Camp, Nepal in May 2008, I will be organizing another trekking trip to Everest Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit, Nepal in October 2009 for 14 days. Minimum Fitness Requirement: That you have run a few 20km races, or you are an avid/serious trekker and have done much local trekking.

Mimimum High Altitude Adaptation Requirmeent: You have trekked up Mount Kinabalu (4,100 m) before. If not, you may want to contact Tony P3 at 016-274 2213 and join him for the next trekking trip to Mount KK.
