SENTENCE CONSTRUCTION
Twice a week(on monday and friday), I will post one set of words for you to
practice constructing sentences. Each set has 5 words and you are to form at
least one sentence for each word. If you wish to, you can go to the forum and
post your sentences for others or me to look over and correct any errors(if
there are any). Do not be afraid to use the language in front of others, it's
only through that way that we all learn new things.
I'll explain how this exercise work. Example: I'm given a word 你, I am supposed
to create a sentence using the word. The length doesn't really matter(try to go
for a sentence that is more than 5 characters though), and so I came up with:
你有哪些嗜好呢﹖(what hobbies do you have?)
It can be a question, a reply, a desciption. The aim here is for you to practice
forming sentences so as you continue doing this, you will gradually become more
familiar with the correct sentence structure and grammar usage.

you will be given a list of words and you are supposed to pick the correct word
to fill in the blanks of a passage. The aim of this exercise is mainly to test
your vocabulary and reading abilities.
