Screen name: good will rickey Biography: When you grow up in Los Angeles, acting is one of those things you just get into. Like cow tipping in the Midwest, or so Will imagines. A cutup and class clown since fifth grade, Will's always been funny, but he never anticipated that acting was something that he'd get serious about. In fact, his first plan was to go to work in his parents' restaurant, and he's had the chef's hands to prove it since he was in high school. However, when he landed his break as Nick Andopolis on NBC's critically beloved, cult hit, rapidly canceled series Freaks and Geeks a year after his high school graduation, his life took a vastly different turn. When the show was cancelled, the network pushed to get him an audition at Saturday Night Live, and when Lorne Michaels took a liking to him - particularly his impression of Sean Connery - he moved to New York and stayed on for five years, making a few movies along the way, but mostly content with life as a Not Ready For Primetime Player. When his contract was up, he returned to Los Angeles, where he's currently part of an ensemble cast as Midwestern gooftball Marshall Erickson on How I Met Your Mother.
