| when applying: | first entries are not required, however if you are applying without one, you need to include a minimum of 1 journal and 1 AIM example |

| update limit: | the update limit is 2 weeks for everyone!! sometimes a warning list will be posted but it's up to you to keep up with your updates. if you haven't posted an intro within 3 days of being added, you are eligible for an override. |

| activity: | activity in subcomms and AIM will be monitored closely. if we see you haven't posted anything or are never signed on, you will be eligible for override or even removed. basically, just show some signs of life! participating in nightly chats and activities on the fp will only make this comm more fun for you and everyone else. |

| extensions: |
extensions will be granted for a maximum of one week. please do not abuse this feature! you cannot ask for an extension if you have already gone over 2 weeks so plan ahead. |

| hiatus: | if you need to go on hiatus (going on vacation etc), those will be granted for a maximum of 4 weeks from your last update. if you go over a month without updating you will be removed regardless!

please keep ic/ooc seperate. no blurring, please! if we get complaints, you will be warned once via PMs and then we'll remove you. |
