Nasi Goreng Jawa

(Javanese Fried Rice)

Bahan-bahan

500 gr nasi putih
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 helai daun bawang, iris kasar
1 sdm kecap manis
garam secukupnya

Bumbu Halus

5 btr bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
6 bh cabai merah
1/2 bh tomat
1/2 sdm terasi bakar

Garnish

irisan telur dadar, irisan tomat dan irisan mentimun

Cara Membuat

Tumis bumbu/bahan yang dihaluskan sampai berbau harum. Masukkan nasi, aduk agar bercampur rata dengan bumbu.
Tambahkan irisan daun bawang dan kecap manis serta garam, aduk-aduk lagi hingga semua benar-benar rata.
Hidangkan bersama garnish.

Ingredients

500 gr white rice
3 spoons cooking oil
3 leaves green onion, cut rough
1 spoon sweet soysauce
1 spoon salt

Pulverized and mixed spicies

5 shallots
2 cloves garlic
6 red chillies
1/2 tomato
1/2 spoon roasted terasi(shrimp paste)

Garnish

Sliced omelette, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber

Method

Saute the pulverized spicies till gets good aroma then add rice and mix them well.
Add sliced green onion, soysauce and salt, mix well again till all weldone.
Serve together with garnish.

Annotation : Terasi is condiment made of pounded and fermented shrimp or fish. You can leave it out if there is not available at your area. Or or if you like you can put some fresh shrimp instead.
