Nasi Goreng Petai

(Petai Fried Rice)

Bahan-bahan

750 gr nasi putih
300 gr daging sapi, potong dadu
3 batang/papan petai, tiap biji petai dibelah 2
8 bawang merah, dihaluskan
4 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
3 cabai merah, buang bijinya, dihaluskan
4 sdm minyak goreng
garam dan merica secukupnya

Cara Membuat

Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabai merah halus sampai berbau sedap.
Masukkan daging sapi, aduk-aduk sampai matang.
Masukkan petai, aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata.
Masukkan nasi, garam dan merica, aduk hingga rata dan matang.
Hidangkan bersama garnish sesuai selera.

Ingredients

750 gr white steamed rice
300 gr beef, slice cube
3 slots petai,
8 shallots, pulverized
4 cloves garlic, pulverized
3 chillies, leave behind the seeds, pulverized
4 spoons cooking oil
salt, pepper to taste

Method

Saute the pulverized shallot, garlic and chilli till smells nice.
Add beef, stir well till it is weldone.
Add petai and mix them well.
Last, add steamed rice, salt and pepper, mix them well.
Serve together with some garnish.
