Burma's Armed Forces is officially known in
Burmese language as " Tatmadaw ". But their policies and practises
earned a local-favored name "Thug ma daw" despite their gargantuan
endeavors to hyjack
Buddhism for political purposes every now and then in a land
largely-dominated by Buddhists. This "thugmadaw" name correctly
reflects their thuggish behaviors.
Burmese
military
has
embarked
on
the
policy
of
ethnics
cleansing,
dicriminations
based
on
religion
and race
since the early days of grabbing
power
from
democratically-elected
Government
in
1962.
It
has
abandoned
its
basic
principles
when
it was founded by General
Aung San. One of the
contributing factor to
this despicable policy was late
dictator Ne Win has been labeled as ethnic Chinese (as he was) by all
Burmese. He was frequently referred with his chinese name-Shu Moung.
In order to prevent the world to come to know his despicable policies, he and his followers rule the country without Laws since 1962. He barked orders to do that to his subordinates verbally and make-sure nothing appears on the papers and took the country on the road to isolation. Gradually, he made the country only good for Bamar tribe, MUST worship Buddhism, MUST have bamar names. It embodied a clause in 1974's rigged-Constitution that only person with Bamar names can hold the position of Director-General and above in Government's ministries.
(If you see Burmese in your country, ask them discreetly whether Burmese with no faith in Buddhism should be a citizen of Burma. You'll be surprised with the answers even though that Burmese wants to be citizen of USA, Australia etc. Most of them grew up in military-ruled era and are completely brain-washed. And most Burmese don't speak out as dicriminations and harassments extended to fellow citizens as they are excluded out because of having faith in Buddha's teachings. )
All Burmese should stand up for a race against persecution and discrmination.
There are various form of ethnics cleansing, religious and race discriminations :-
1) All Government employees must declare about themselves in PERSONAL HISTORY form annually and All applicants to Government positions must submit this form.
2) Almost all matters has to deal with Government Offices as private sectors and economy were systematically crushed (Socialist policy)
3) Making their lives miserables by putting hardships, difficulties, denying their rights under the constitution.
