Tournament Details:

We held our first tournament of the year this past Saturday on Boone Lake. Turnout was good with 21 boats competing in what turned out to be a beautiful day after a cold start. Fishing was tough except for the top boats as shown with results above. Congratulations to Rodney Mullins & Brad Coffman for an outstanding catch of 15.84 pounds for the day. Kris Moody had big fish of the day, a largemouth weighing 4.66 pounds. It was caught on a silver buddy.

Hope to see everyone at our next tournament on Cherokee. It should provide some good fishing and it is always a well attended tournament. Make plans now with your partner to come fish with us. Top lures are usually traps, cranks, and jigs at this time for Cherokee.
